Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Analyst who delivers high-quality
support across systems, tools, and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-class IT support for remote team members, addressing
various technical issues
Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires
Manage user lifecycle across SaaS platforms, including account
creation and access adjustments
Required Qualifications
Experience providing IT support in a fully remote environment
Proficiency in troubleshooting macOS and Windows laptops and
software
Experience administering SaaS platforms such as Okta and Google
Workspace
Ability to write and maintain clear IT documentation
Collaborative mindset with a focus on supporting the business and
effective communication
