A company is looking for a Seasonal Customer Success
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with various teams to assist customers via calls,
emails, and web inquiries
Routes inquiries to appropriate teams and manages customer
interactions using CRM tools
Tracks orders and handles related projects as needed
Required Qualifications
High school degree with 1-3 years of experience in customer
service
Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving skills
Ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
Must have consistent high-speed internet access and a personal
computer
