Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst III.
Key Responsibilities
Own and escalate daily IT issues, troubleshooting desktop and
mobile device problems
Manage user access, incidents, service interruptions, and
downtimes, ensuring clear documentation and communication
Create and maintain how-to guides for Tier 1 and Tier 2 on-call
support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
equivalent experience in IT or a healthcare discipline
Knowledge of technology, including installation, configuration, and
troubleshooting of supported products
Experience working with hardware and networks
Familiarity with HIS/RIS, PACS, Voice Recognition systems, and
DICOM functionality
Experience with voice dictation systems like PowerScribe or
Fluency
