Implementation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions for
clients
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define
project scope
Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud or similar HR systems
Proven project management experience
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Relevant certifications in Oracle or project management
preferred
