Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP, Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects and teams while communicating proactively with
stakeholders
Act as a business consultant to translate business needs into
data-driven insights and recommendations
Lead strategic initiatives and foster a culture of innovation and
learning within the team
Required Qualifications
BS or MS in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related
quantitative field with 4+ years of analytics experience, or 6+
years of experience in lieu of a degree
6+ years of hands-on experience with SQL/SAS tools and managing
complex data
4+ years of project management experience with a focus on delivery
models
1+ years of experience in team management and fostering a culture
of learning
Ability to solve complex technical and people-oriented problems
with minimal supervision
