Job Description:
A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the request for proposal (RFP) response process, ensuring
compliance and customer-centric responses
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to draft, review,
and finalize RFPs within deadlines
Maintain RFP documentation security and integrity while supporting
proposal library updates and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
preferred
Four years of related experience, including one year of project
management and one year of proofreading/editing experience
Experience with RFPio/Responsive software preferred but not
required
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and relevant software
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
