A company is looking for a Manager, Field Engineering - HLS.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects focused on healthcare provider accounts
Drive sales excellence by guiding the team in technical qualifications and customer engagement
Ensure customer success and value delivery through effective collaboration with internal teams

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the data space with a technical product
2+ years of leadership experience in a pre-sales organization
Proven track record as a trusted advisor to technical executives
Experience in hiring, training, and promoting team members
Ability to foster effective working relationships across various teams
