Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and logistics support to Clinical Operations
Care Managers
Assist in coordinating behavioral health services and member
engagement
Maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders and
support effective communication
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
GED or High School diploma required
Preferred education includes an Associate's in Healthcare or
Nursing, or a Bachelor's in Social Work
Experience in clinical or social work settings is required
Understanding of health plan benefit structures and
psychiatric/medical terminology
Ability to engage and motivate members and stakeholders
effectively
