Company & Job Description Overview:Yellowstone River Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently searching for talented LPN's to join our team!LPN Responsibilities:The LPN/LVN is responsible for providing nursing care as directed by the Director of Nursing and for supervising the program aide assigned to assist with nursing services.Taking and monitoring patient vital signsAssisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathingAdministering medicationCommunicating changes in patient behavior or health status to Nurses, Physicians, and family membersMaintaining accurate patient recordsCollecting specimen samples when neededTaking an active part in patient care planningPreparing patients for transfers or dischargeAssisting in medical proceduresManaging emergency medical situationsOur facilities deliver outstanding care as well as foster strong employee bonds.
