Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 01/19/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT) StartDate: 1/19/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1938.86 - $2233.91 PT needed asap 40 hours week, no weekends 13 wks Position is 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient. Plans and implements specific treatment programs for patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy. Evaluate patients and establish a written plan of treatment with short, and long term goals. Keep appropriate documentation records, ie: daily logs, progress notes, discharge notes, etc. Maintain open lines of communication within department, between departments and with the physicians. Must have current, active Montana licensure.
