SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative provides prompt and courteous
client service. This position opens and closes all types of
accounts and assists customers with requests and other information
regarding accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Greets clients coming into the branch and answers incoming phone
calls.
* Delivers personalized customer service relating to questions
and/or resolving basic technical problems on customer accounts,
including address and PIN changes.
* Processes a variety of routine financial transactions including
check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, credit card and loan
payments, and balances cash drawers or vaults.
* Opens and maintains basic consumer checking and savings accounts
and consumer credit cards.

of the organization.
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of

* Ability to compute rate and percent and to draw and interpret bar
graphs.
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed
but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
* Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables
in standardized situations.
* Possess a clear understanding of the technical aspects and
benefits of products and services offered to our clients.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
* High School Diploma General Education Degree (GED) required
* Experience in a retail environment and/or cash handling
experience preferred
