Job Description:
A company is looking for a Time & Labor Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage time and labor applications and ensure compliance with
payroll processes
Analyze timecard data for compliance and recommend process
improvements
Respond to inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams
for audits and projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience,
or 0 to 2 years with a Graduate Degree, or 6 years of related
experience in lieu of a degree
Experience in time and labor compliance, finance, or payroll
preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience in root cause analysis and analytical thinking
