Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst -
Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted systems partner to business stakeholders,
facilitating discovery sessions and gathering requirements
Design, customize, and automate the Salesforce instance while
supporting the broader tech stack
Drive process improvement by identifying pain points and delivering
automation and system enhancements
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role with
experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but not
required
Experience or interest in systems like CPQ, Gainsight, or
Kimble
Familiarity with sales, customer success, and support processes in
a B2B context
