Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Certification Consultant to lead the development and implementation of certifications and assessments while driving strategic initiatives for continuous improvement.



Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of certifications, overseeing design, development, and implementation of assessments and materials
Collaborate with leadership on strategic program planning and long-term strategies for the Certification Program
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders to ensure certification materials meet quality standards


Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in instructional design, certification development, or related fields
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
Proven experience in managing large-scale certification or learning programs
Advanced knowledge of learning design principles and certification development
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
