Job Description:

A company is looking for a Principal Strategic Advisor, People, Culture and Talent.
Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple HR workstream projects with high visibility
Perform HR M&A due diligence and execute HR subsidiary support initiatives
Develop and implement a multi-year roadmap in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Service partners

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree
Experience with M&A due diligence related to people, culture, and talent integration
Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Demonstrated project management experience
