Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to
manage the accounts payable process remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices for assigned properties, ensuring accuracy
and timeliness
Set up new vendors in Yardi for approval by the Accounts Payable
Lead
Prepare reports and year-end IRS form 1099 for vendors as
assigned
Required Qualifications
CPA license required
Graduated cum laude or better from university
Broad based accounting experience in real estate is a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Yardi experience preferred
