Job Description:
A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Collaboratively prepare winning proposals, qualifications
submittals, and interview presentations
Facilitate kick-off meetings, define expectations, and manage
proposal schedules
Develop visual and written content for proposals and oversee final
submittal production
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications,
Journalism, English, or equivalent experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience in proposal development for
architectural and engineering projects
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritize tasks
effectively
