Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Communications Specialist
to support strategic communication initiatives and enhance employee
engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Support employee communications strategies aligned with the
company's mission and objectives
Create engaging content for internal communications channels and
assist in planning company-wide events
Act as a liaison between employees and management, promoting open
communication and analyzing employee engagement metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism,
or Business
3+ years of experience in internal communications or employee
engagement
Knowledge of employee engagement best practices and strong project
management skills
Experience in event planning and execution is a plus
Familiarity with creative design programs such as Adobe Creative
Cloud and Canva is preferred
