A company is looking for a Compliance & Security Team Lead to
oversee compliance and security initiatives in the fintech
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to global
financial regulations
Implement and maintain security measures for payment processing and
fraud prevention
Collaborate with various stakeholders to embed compliance in
product design and operations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or security roles
within payments or fintech
Strong knowledge of PCI-DSS, PSD2, AML, GDPR, and relevant
regulations
Experience with acquirers, PSPs, and payment gateways
Hands-on experience with fraud prevention and transaction
monitoring systems
Familiarity with cloud security technologies and payment security
practices
