Job Overview:The Client Account Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding and maintenance of campaigns.Responsibilities and Duties:Working with marketing and firm partners to facilitate the onboarding of new campaigns.Maintaining and updating existing campaignsOrganizing and assisting with process improvementCoordinating with multiple departments within the company and other organizationsAnalyze and provide feedback on campaign performance.Communicates with clients to handle inquiries professionally and accurately.Troubleshoot API errors and issues and escalate as needed.Import and export reporting and leads for internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications and Skills:You must be 18 years of age or older.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Have comprehensive technical skillsSuperior interpersonal and customer service skillsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPI36b1873f9040-25660-35824606
