Key Responsibilities
Conduct scripted phone interviews to gather and verify basic
business information
Enter collected information into the database using basic computer
skills
Maintain high-quality standards while meeting production goals
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Call Center or customer service experience preferred
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work independently from home while supporting team
goals
Knowledge of basic customer service practices and techniques
