Florida Licensed Workers' Compensation Adjuster

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Medical Only/Lost Time Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

Adjust claims for assigned clients and conduct thorough investigations
Initiate timely indemnity payments and ensure proper completion of State filings
Monitor medical treatment and coordinate with medical providers and employers

Required Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience handling Workers' Compensation claims
Possession of an active Florida All Lines Adjuster or Workers' Compensation license
Maintain required CEU credits for licensure
Working knowledge of Workers' Compensation Statutes and Rules
Ability to maintain a 97% claim closure ratio
