Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Resource Specialist V to provide critical customer service and administrative support for federal benefits programs serving public safety officers and their families.



Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for claimants, survivors, and public safety agencies regarding PSOB benefits programs
Provide guidance on the application and claims process for death, disability, and educational benefits
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns


Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Seven (7) years of benefits/claims-specific experience if only a High School Diploma is held; two (2) years of customer service experience if education is above High School Diploma
Reliable internet and telephone services are necessary for the role
Exceptional interpersonal skills to provide compassionate customer service
Fluency in Spanish is highly desired
