Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Conveyancer, US Based
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the conveyancing/processing team and act as a liaison between
staff and transaction stakeholders
Manage workflow, identify process improvements, and maintain
financial reporting for the team
Oversee transaction support from Agreement of Sale to Closing,
ensuring accuracy and quality
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience in conveyancing or real estate transaction
processing
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent processes
effectively
Strong understanding of financial reporting related to
transactions
Ability to build relationships and deliver excellent customer
service
Familiarity with relevant policies, processes, and procedures in
real estate
