Description:Town & Country Supply Association has an immediate opening for an Energy Support Assistant in our Laurel, MT office.
This is a full-time position working with our customers, drivers and division managers.
As the Energy Support Assistant, you will be responsible for creating excellent customer service experience for current and prospective customers along with fulfilling general administrative office duties. Tasks include scheduling deliveries and providing instruction to drivers according to routes and urgency. Ensuring all deliveries are dispatched in a timely manner and completed. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong analytical and customer service skills required. An essential part of the job is the ability to work in both a team environment and self-directed tasks.
Above average computer skills are a must. The position is responsible for distribution of delivery tickets to drivers using scheduling and mapping technology. The ability to learn new software, read instructions thoroughly and follow procedures is imperative. Requirements:Position requires excellent attendance and ability to get along with a variety of customers and co-workers. The position requires a high school education with at least 2 years relevant experience. College degree is a plus but not required. You must be able to work on your own and with a team as necessary. May be required to take direction from multiple team members. Business needs may determine work schedule. Flexibility required. Must be detail oriented and have critical thinking skills and above average documentation skills. Excellent phone skills and the ability to multitask a must. Must show initiative and desire to complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner. Must have a valid Montana Driver's License and clean driving record.
