ID: 51777341 Shift: Days 12 hours 12 hr. shifts Friday thru Monday, taking call Friday -Sunday night - 36 Hour Guarante Description: ESSENTIALJOB and positions patients for x-rays andselects exposure factors accurately.Prepares and administers contrast media and/ormedications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state andfederal regulations.Observespatient during procedure and reports abnormal activity. Monitors protocols andrecommends updates or refinements as warranted.Followsradiation safety procedures and guidelines. Prevents patient from being exposedto unnecessary radiation.Performspatient assessment and communicates actively with healthcare team. Completesall required documentation related to patient, procedure and exam charges.Adapts imagingmethodology using approved modifications and communication with physician asneeded.Servesand protects the hospital community by adhering to professional standards,hospital policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.Establishesa clean, orderly, safe and professional work environment. Reports equipmentmalfunctions in a timely manner and actively assists in arranging repairsfollowing established process.Attend scheduled in-services and attendperiodic continuing education.Maintains patient confidentiality anddemonstrates honesty and integrity at all times in the care and use of residentand facility property. Submission requirements: Must have CT and X-ray - RequiredMust have WY license - RequiredUltrasound Experience - Highly PreferredARRT (does not need to be CT)-RequiredGE experience - Preferred (AHA) Guaranteed Hours: 36 Contract Weeks:70
