Job Overview:Intake/Litigation Support Agent serves as the initial point of contact, embodying Reciprocity Industries' values and making a positive impression on our clients. Upholding Reciprocity Industries standards, you will reassure clients and guide them through procedures, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the process.
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Obtain client information via inbound and outbound calls, interviews, and verification through various channels (text, email, fax).
• Reassure and maintain effective communication with clients during information-gathering processes, providing clear explanations, answering inquiries, and offering additional guidance or resources as needed.
• Uphold and enhance quality outcomes by adhering to company standards, suggesting procedural improvements, and optimizing the client experience.
• Stay updated on new campaign requirements and participate in educational opportunities to expand campaign knowledge.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  Requirements:Qualifications and Skills:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in data entry and comprehensive technical skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Education:
