Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day client relationships related to onboarding,
support, and product adoption
Drive adoption of contracted functionality to maximize client usage
and value
Configure the platform to meet client requirements and support
ongoing service requests
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a client-facing professional services
position
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information
Systems, or a business-related field
Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and XML preferred
P&C Insurance experience preferred
Project Management background with a proven track record of
successful implementations is a plus
