A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to manage talent
acquisition and performance management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process and partner with hiring
managers to attract and onboard talent
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with
business goals
Oversee performance management programs and utilize data-driven
insights to refine recruitment strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, Business Management,
Psychology, or related field
Minimum of three years of experience in recruiting
Strategic thinker with exceptional data analysis skills
Ability to build confidence and trust in leading the recruitment
process
Excellent program and project management skills
