A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to develop and
implement effective recruiting strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, assess, and attract top talent for various positions
Guide managers and candidates through the selection process while
maintaining strong relationships
Partner with leadership to build staffing strategies in luxury
retail and customer service environments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
Proven ability to build rapport with hiring managers and
cross-functional partners
Strong network of candidates or ability to build one quickly
Familiarity with hiring laws, regulations, and best practices
