Provides receptionist and clerical support in preparing, coordinating and compiling patient records, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.

Schedule will include some weekends and some holidays.

* Coordinate day-to-day Guest Service activities including all guest services provided in the Fortin Lobby
* Assist patients/guests/families and staff with guest services including, but not limited to: directions, information, escorts, etc. throughout the campus
* Coordinate the cheer card program, meeting room scheduling, fleet vehicle scheduling, canine visitation, notary services and movie ticket, stamp, massage and gift certificate sales
* Follow up on all concerns and/or complaints with appropriate staff to ensure quick resolution to any problems that may occur

Minimum Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
* At least one (1) year of customer services or guest relations experience is preferred.



Physical Requirements:

* Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing.
* Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.
* See and read computer monitors and documents.
* Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.
* May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling and reaching.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$16.83 - $21.88
