Job Description:
This is a seasonal position from early May through mid-October.
We are looking for a person to prepare good, healthy and varied
buffet style lunches and dinners for approximately 40-50 employees.
Duties include stocking the employee dining room and maintaining a
clean dining environment. Baking and having and understanding of
recipes is a must. You will prep and create your own budget
friendly menus weekly with assistance from the chef. Experience
cooking for groups is necessary. Must be able to stand and carry at
least 50 pounds. Food presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, safe food
handling and a great attitude are of utmost importance. To apply
