Job Description:
A company is looking for an Area Group Housing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage group housing processes for multiple Marriott
portfolio hotels
Analyze group room inventory and optimize utilization to maximize
occupancy and increase RevPAR
Facilitate communication and alignment on group housing updates
with Directors of Sales and Revenue Leaders
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in group housing management within the
hospitality industry, preferably with Marriott-branded hotels
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage
area-level responsibilities
Strong proficiency with systems such as OneYield, Marsha, CI,
FSPMS, and Fosse
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reports and
identify actionable insights
