Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Professional with a
healthcare focus.
Key Responsibilities
Provide post-sales customer support for inbound order fulfillment
and manage customer inquiries
Translate customer requirements into detailed manufacturing and
shipping instructions
Lead process documentation efforts and manage client inventory
maintenance
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant
administrative or operational support experience
Possession of additional education certification is preferred
Strong knowledge of functional areas related to the job
Advanced technology skills, including proficiency in MS Office or
similar software
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
