Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager to
provide mental health support for individuals affected by
neurodegenerative diseases.
Key Responsibilities
Support mental and physical health care coordination for assigned
patients
Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use
disorders
Monitor clinical symptoms and treatment outcomes, adapting care
plans as necessary
Required Qualifications
Active RN or LCSW licensure
Minimum of 2 years' experience in direct case or care
management
Background in ALS, Parkinson's Disease, or other neurodegenerative
or chronic disease care
Familiarity with insurance processes and medical billing/coding
Knowledge of current trends in neurodegenerative diseases and
clinical trials
