To our prospective teammates,I'm the interim medical director
for St. Vincent Medical Center in Billings, Montana. I've been a
part of Sound for a year, helping maintain and grow our hospitalist
programs nationwide. I am proud to acknowledge that Montana has

- We re a closely knit, established 22-clinician team with
physicians, 6 advanced practice providers (APPs), and a clinical
performance nurse.

strong. Practice
- The hospital is a not-for-profit, 286-bed hospital with a
closed ICU setting. Procedures aren t required.
- We are looking for a hospital medicine medical director to
manage the hospital team hired by the hospital.
- We have an excellent compensation package. We recently
increased our overall compensation package.

- Our hospitalist practice is very collaborative, and our
hospitalists participate in multiple hospital committees. Some of
our hospitalists serve as physician advisors.

community. Our team involves social workers and case managers early
in a patient s hospital course to address SDOH.
