Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workforce Manager who will oversee
contact center forecasting, scheduling, compliance, and real-time
monitoring functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage call center forecasting, scheduling, compliance, and
real-time monitoring
Coordinate scheduling changes and manage call queues and routing in
collaboration with team managers
Generate performance reports and analyze attendance to improve
staffing plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of Workforce Management experience, including scheduling
and forecasting
Strong understanding of contact center technology and Workforce
Management solutions
Experience with RingCentral WFM software for real-time
adherence
Advanced Microsoft Excel abilities
