Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with enterprise and scaling customers to execute on all
post-sale functions
Act as a trusted collaborator with the customer to deliver ideal
integration outcomes
Collaborate internally to manage customer success plans and
escalations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of deep EHR integration and workflow knowledge
Functional understanding of data formats like HL7v2, XML, X12,
APIs
Understanding of various healthcare workflows
Demonstrated experience with expanding customers and building
franchises
Customer Success experience preferred
