Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Account Management.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the global Account Management team to align with revenue, retention, and customer experience goals
Own customer lifecycle strategy post-sale, focusing on expansion, renewals, and ARR growth
Build scalable processes for account planning, cross-sell/upsell motions, and executive engagement

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within a B2B SaaS environment
Proven ability to grow and retain multi-million-dollar ARR portfolios
Experience leading and scaling account-focused teams in high-growth environments
Strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of SaaS metrics
Proficient with Salesforce and customer success tools
