This role directs the operation of the community Resident Services Department focusing on resident care, regulatory compliance, staff management, cost containment, and marketing Memory Care / Assisted Living program services.What you'll do:Direct the operation of the Community's resident services departmentDirect the hiring and assignment of duties of licensed and non-licensed staffEvaluate residents' condition and care needs to determine the level of assistance neededEvaluate resident records on an ongoing basisEnsure availability of supplies and equipment related to the resident servicesProvide ongoing teaching and training to staffPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Maintains a current and unencumbered Registered Nurse ( RN ) license to practice professional nursing in the residing stateMust be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hirePrevious experience in a supervisory position (Geriatrics preferred)Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulationsAbility to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general publicABOUT KOESLCH COMMUNITIESWe are third-generation, family-owned, and operated.
