Job Description:
This position has been filled. We are still hiring line cooks
and an employee cook, both seasonal positions from early May
through mid-October. We're seeking a qualified and trained
individual who is passionate about food to serve as our
Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen and continue our
reputation of serving great food at reasonable prices. We look
forward to offering new menu items as well as keeping our local
favorites. The Chef will be responsible for: all aspects of the
kitchen and back of the house duties creating and developing a
great menu assisting in setting prices, portion control and
attention to food costs training, overseeing, supervising and
assisting kitchen staff (line cooks, staff cook, prep cooks and
dishwashers) preparing, assisting, and training in the preparation
of high quality, visually appealing and delicious food assisting
with inventory and purchasing building a cohesive, functional, and
high performing team perform under stress excellent teambuilding
and communication skills always maintain sanitary, organized
conditions that meet all codes and standards We believe
communication, organization and having fun are important aspects of
our kitchen. Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5
years Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
