Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Experience Manager to oversee
and enhance client service and support operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Customer Experience Managers and Technical Account
Managers to deliver exceptional service
Develop and implement training programs for continuous team
improvement
Handle customer escalations and complex issues to ensure client
satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in customer service or experience management,
with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing
teams
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Experience in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to
changing priorities
Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service best practices
