Job Description:
A company is looking for a Middle L1 Service Desk Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for internal employees seeking
access to systems and services, processing requests promptly and
accurately
Manage rights and permissions using Active Directory and GSuite,
ensuring appropriate access levels based on job roles
Provide support for installation, configuration, and
troubleshooting of systems related to granted permissions,
minimizing workflow disruptions
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer support, service desk, or incoming line
Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/MacOS)
Basic understanding of Networking (OSI, TCP/IP protocols)
Basic understanding of Active Directory and GSuite
Experience with JIRA/Confluence
