Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Engineer (Payments) who will
lead the design and implementation of payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project backlogs and ensure transparency and accountability
for payment initiatives
Lead technical discussions, document architectural choices, and
develop detailed implementation plans
Mentor engineers, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with
payment standards and security regulations
Required Qualifications
BS/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant
field (Highly Preferred)
8+ years of experience in Java development and deployment of
payment services
5+ years of experience in the payment industry, including
transaction handling and compliance knowledge
5+ years of experience in designing reliable and fault-tolerant
payment platforms
5+ years of experience in software engineering leadership and
mentoring teams
