Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to
oversee payroll operations for over 450 employees.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end semi-monthly payroll processing in compliance with
regulations
Maintain and process payroll data, ensuring accurate deductions and
records
Collaborate with HR and Finance for accurate postings and oversee
year-end processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of multi-state payroll experience
Strong knowledge of payroll operations, tax laws, and compliance
standards
Proficiency in payroll systems (UKG, Paylocity preferred)
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
CPP certification and a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
field preferred
